Here goes....


Start OBD Eleven on your Android Tablet/Phone.   Make sure you have the "PRO" version - only that version can do the coding necessary.


Plug in the OBD Eleven module to your OBDII port on the car.

Turn the Car's ignition on.   Do not start the engine.


Click "Connect" on the OBD Eleven Android App.

Once connected, find "Control Modules", and scroll down until you find module "5F (Information Control Unit)", then select by tapping on it.


A new menu will appear, and one the options will be :   Adaptation

Select that option.

Wait a while whilst the adaptation channels load (this can take some time for this module)


Once loaded, scroll down the list of channels until you find :   Vehicle Configuration

Select that channel, and the you'll find a whole host of parameters that can be changed, amongst those, you'll find:

MirrorLink = On
WiFi_Client_HMI = On
Apple_DIO_Wireless = On
wlan_5ghz_switch = Activated
Apple_DIO = On

First, write down what your settings are (I find that's easier than looking at coding history), so if anything goes wrong, you can set them back to what they were originally.

Next, change your car's values to match those above - once changed to the correct value, hold the green tick to save to the car.

And that's it - exit out of the OBD Eleven app, turn off the car's ignition, remove the OBD Eleven dongle from the OBDII port of the car.

If you can do it for A5 and 5F that is driver assistance and multimedia
