I have 3 errors and couldn't find results googling.
Here are the codes:

Driver assistance: U112100 - Databus missing message static Priority - 6 Malfunction frequency counter - 1 Unlearning counter - 81 km-Mileage - 159954 km Control module temperature - 48 °C Vehicle speed - 0.00 km/h Voltage terminal 15 - 13.5 V Outside air temperature - 39.0 °C System run time - 325.9 s Status of camera - operational Engine Running Info - 1 MID - 0210 Software Info 1 - 0 Software Info 2 - 2 Software Info 3 - 3 Software Info 4 - 1 date - 2022-08-18 14:58:51
Can anyone help explain these faults? Is it safe to clear them? Does anything need fixing?

hmm....... might be better to guide you to a conclusion rather than just providing a yes/no answer - like this: - Look at the reported condition of the faults - 2 x errors say "static" and 1 error says "intermittent". The terms are self explanatory
- Then look at the date/time stamps in each error and link this data with Malfunction frequency counter - which is ONE!. This means that since first registration of the error in fault memory, there has not been a re-occurrence of the same error in a subsequent ignition cycle - up to the date of the scan (which you don't show).
What is your conclusion based on these 2 x simple pieces of fault data? My suggestion is yes - try clearing the faults!!
As for your second question, the descriptors for the 2 x static faults are of a general type - so it's not possible to be specific as to the cause. I suggest that you look your change records in History for any coding mods that were made (to any module) around the date/time in the error messages. Then make a value judgement as to whether these coding changes could be implicated in the reported errors

I have just received the dongle today and the errors appeared before I made any adjustments. All the adjustments were via OCA's. The multimedia on/off error was probably because my MIB suddenly stopped at the end of a song and wouldn't play any songs so I forced a reset by holding the power button until it rebooted - it wouldn't read my microSD card after the reset so I reinserted the card and that was fixed. It disappeared after I cleared the errors.
The other two, however, keep reappearing immediately, no matter how many times I clear the errors, both with ignition on and engine running. I have found that this error means that one component is not communicating properly. Anyway, everything on the car works fine and there are no errors on the dashboard, so it's probably not a big deal but maybe I should show the errors to a mechanic or something so he can say what's wrong.

vjburic1: hmm...... OK - what were the OCAs and were any related to changes in Driver assistance functions? If so, maybe try turning-off the OCA! Don

The errors appeared before I made changes with OCA's. The diagnostics was the first thing I did. Let me check history and I'll write what I did.

hmm....... so there are 3 x OCAs in your list related to the Dashboard module and that have non-factory values - as follows: - Battery charge level
- Refuel quantity in dashboard
- Dashboard theme
For 1 - does this car have a SOC (State Of Charge) display - only very early mk7s had this facility?
For 2 - does this tweak work?
For 3 - does this car have a dashboard insert with multi-color display?
If any answer to the questions above is NO - delete the related OCA

Only the battery level is not displayed, other options work, my dashboard theme shows some lines instead of only black and I can find approximately how much fuel I need to put in. I'll delete SOC and report back.
My display can show colors, for example when the car door is opened it shows a red door with a grey-white car and the windows are black-ish with white representing glare.
EDIT: tried to turn off SOC, it was already set to off. Scanned and problems appeared again, the same two. Cleared the errors, rescanned and same errors appear again. After some thinking, and examining the mileage and time, I have concluded that it coincided with the time I took it to service to have my oil, oil filter and fuel filter changed (I had it changed 18.8., and my appointment was at 14:00, and errors I've posted show that date is 18.8 and a little less than an hour later the errors appeared and it took about an hour or more until they were done, while I got my dongle Tuesday, 23.8., my dad told me to change oil every 10000 km instead of recommended 15000 so I took it when I knew driving back home would exceed 10000 km). Maybe they disconnected something there and reconnected? Anyway, frequency of one means it only appeared then and hasn't reappeared, but I'm confused as to why it doesn't disappear if that is so.
EDIT 2: rechecked the error mileage and time and it changed to current date, time and mileage. Maybe because I cleared it and so it reported it again as soon as it was cleared.

Good diagnostic analysis!! Maybe read my explanation of the Service Reset Interval facility in the Dashboard module HERE. Then look at the values that have been set in the appropriate adaptation channels on your hex15 Hex17 module.

Okay, I figured that hex17 means module ID 17 which is dashboard. I couldn't find anywhere about hex15, so I'll assume this: the number after hex means ID. Module 15 is airbags so what adaptations do I look for in there? EDIT: there are only 4 adaptations there: Airbag adaptations Calibration data, pre-crash Adaptation pre-crash Adaptation airbag 2 There are tons of options under each adaptation. If this is not the hex15 module (it just doesn't seem logical) then tell me how to find which module is hex(number). EDIT 2: I have tried to have DRLs off with handbrake with OCA and that didn't work, so I followed your advice HERE and did as you told with ignition on but engine off but as soon as I did that I received various errors through the dashboard and my car and multimedia restarted, the dongle reported the battery voltage at less than 10 volts, and my car couldn't start (it would try to start but the sound of starting the car would lower in frequency and eventually it wouldn't start), even after turning off multimedia (the car told me through dashboard and multimedia that the voltage is too low and I should turn off multimedia to start it and drive it to recharge the battery). With the help of my dad's car, and some jumper cables, I got it to start, and decided, at the time of writing, to leave it running in park for 2 hours so it could charge the battery. When I tried to reconnect the car with the app it couldn't recognize it so I chose the saved Golf in my garage. First it took some time after reading control units and it got stuck there, but after force closing the app, disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle and reconnecting the app (it now recognized the car) I scanned for errors and there were tons of them, but reading them I surmised it was because of low voltage and cleared them all. Rescanning after that, there were none except, of course, the original two errors that I already posted. My question is, could changing just one value deplete the battery instantly? My car's dashboard and multimedia turned off and restarted and it threw errors on the dashboard the instant I did the modification, and doing the same when I undid the modification, as well as disconnecting the dongle from the app. My dad told me the battery's bad so I should replace it. After driving for example an hour and a half the battery voltage read is around 11.4-11.6 volts (these measurements were before I did the modification, and with the engine off). Do you recommend changing the battery? I feel the battery voltage is too low after driving so much, after all, the battery is 12 volts, so should be much higher than 12 volts (and sometimes would be over 12 volts, but mostly under 12). And you'll be glad to know that I applied your tweak with the engine running and now my DRLs are off with the handbrake. EDIT 3: after leaving it running for about 2 hours now my car battery reads 11.8 volts to 12 volts with engine off (the value I got after multiple reconnectings with the app, both with ignition on and off, at one time it showed 12.8 volts but only once with ignition off and I tried it again multiple times and it was only one time when it was at 12.8 volts and the max I got with ignition off after multiple times was 12 volts).

vjburic1: OOPs my bad - I meant to write "Hex17" (not Hex15). I've changed my post so as not to confuse others. My use of the term "Hex" is quite deliberate - it means "Hexadecimal" and it's intended to provide a message to the reader that the number is NOT decimal. Confusing Hexadecimal and Decimal numbers is a common error when reading written text that refers to CAN based modules. If you are not aware, whilst humans find it easier to identify modules by their names ("Dashboard" in this case) - all modules are identified by their address by the car's CAN network. Hexadecimal is the numbering system that is used for this addressing protocol and it uses base-16 mathematics (unlike Decimal-which uses base-10 mathematics). Moreover, Hexadecimal is the common numbering system for ALL module programming- including firmware As an example of the type of confusion that arises, the number 17 in Hexadecimal (i.e. Hex17) = 23 in Decimal (so very different values) As for your suspicion about the battery - NO, changing an adaptation channel value and/or long-code value cannot cause the battery to immediately discharge!! The more likely reason for your battery failing is either that it needs replacing (as your dad suggested), or that the car was left with ignition-ON and engine-OFF for a long period of time during the diagnostic session Don

Thanks, I'll see the list of adaptation in Monday or so, when I change the battery. The ignition was off and I turned on the ignition just to try out the tweak so the battery is definitely bad.
Could you, in the meantime, point me to the adaptations and appropriate settings under the adaptations? I have no experience with coding a car and I mostly would do mods with instructions gleaned by searching the forum.

- Fire-up OBD11 and connect to the dongle
- Navigate to Control module screen and select Dashboard (@ address hex17)
- Select Adaptation
- Enter "ESI" into search box and select oil quality. Confirm setting poor oil quality ("poor" doesn't mean "bad")
- return to Adaptation screen and enter "FIX" into search box
- The 6 x channels for the SRI function are as below:
FIX: Reset value for next mileage-dependent inspection FIX: Reset value for next time-dependent inspections FIX: Max. distance until next mileage-related inspection FIX: Maximum time until next time-dependent inspection FIX: Distance covered since last mileage-dependent inspection FIX: Time since last time-dependent inspection

Alright, changed the battery, cleared the errors that appeared because my car was without power (however, OBD11 reports 11.8 v and no charge, while it was charging when I just installed the battery), and now I'll see the adaptation channels.
Searched ESI but couldn't find oil quality there so I searched for "oil" and found "SIE: oil quality" and it's set to "poor oil quality".
First and second cannot be found exactly, only channels I get are "Reset value for next mileage-dependent inspections", and the second has the same name but says "inspection" instead of "inspections. First is 365 d, while second is 30000 km.
Third is set to 30000 km.
The fourth is set to 365 d.
Fifth is set to 600 km.
Sixth is set to 11 d.

vjburic1 : It doesn't help you -other than confirming that the error message isn't caused by the SRI facility in the dashboard module (which you identified in your previous post as a possible cause)! Don

I assume the SRI means service reset interval.
I guess there's no hurry because everything works despite the errors. I think I'll take it back to service when I change the air and air conditioning filters and have them look at it.
What do you suggest I do?

I assume the SRI means service reset interval. YES! What do you suggest I do? I suggest that you use the car and look for any odd behavior that might be implicated in the errors !! In particular, look for anything strange about the driver assist functions on the car - because the date/time stamps on the original "Static" errors are coincident (almost)!
And yes, maybe a dealer can add value to this problem!

There are no problems, everything with driving assist works. I guess I'll see what the dealer says.
