On my car and others with IOS you get a full run but it only saves the first control unit - Bug has been raised and hopefully will be in the next release (which is in Beta).

On my car with Android full backup works and a single control unit backup works but the data is different on control unit 09 (not spent much time looking at the others), again bug has been raised and we are awaiting new realease.

Other members say on Control Unit 09 they can only get 53% (Seat Leon and VW Golf) and it stops, unless you untick the live data part in which case it completes.

Android full backup is broken (I know it does not work on MQB Platform correctly) but different year models get different issues.

We have provided OBD11 Support / Dev with lots of information and hopefully they are working on it.

In the mean time you need to do one by one backup and if that fails at x% them remove the live data element that should allow it to complete.
