I just got a unit for my 2019 Q7, I made sure to buy the version with 200 credits on it already. Main thing I wanted it for was to have the auto stop/start disabled (once I turn it off, keep it off unless I choose otherwise). I connected to the car, selected what it appeared was what I needed within that app, and there was no effect, it still default to auto stop start after restarting the car. 100 credits, gone. Okay I figure, I picked the wrong option within the app, I select the other option, 100 credits vanish, and nothing in my coding changes. Now I'm pissed. I get into the help function within the app to try and request help to a) figure out why changes are not being made, and b) to appeal to get my credits back, since clearly I didn't get anything for the 200 credits expended. That never got me an agent on line, and frankly I'm seeing red.
Can anyone advise as how to resolve this, without me having to waste even more $$$?

If the one click apps don't work contact the support via the app and they should give you your credits back.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that, and it said it was directing me to a customer service agent, but never did. Is there somebody I can call? Also - I walked away after a while as I was getting irritated, and now I can't seem to find how to get to the "contact us" portion (last time when I was able to find it, I'd type things in to the original thread/discussion, and the 'bot' didn't even reply, is there a way to start over on a 'contact us'?

On IOS you go Other menu Then select Help Then select contact us (top right of screen) Then select Other You are now talking to a AI Machine tell it you lost credits, it will offer you stupid options along with do you want to connect to somebody.
Please note this is not a real time chat system it just creates a message on there support tool and somebody will get back to you in a short time.

That's really helpful. So you're saying that even when it "refers me" to someone, I still won't actually have a live chat with anyone?

You may be lucky but in my experience most of the time you ask a question and they get back with answers later (to be fair normally same day in my case).
The auto system is supposed to learn so that humans only get involved in the more non standard stuff.

So the company nicely restored my credits (Yay!) and I opened the hood and was able to successfully code the easy exit/entry feature, and mirror tilt. I figured I should attempt a couple cheaper ones first. However, when I tried to code the disable auto start/stop upon next restart, it did not take. So, out 100 credits, but making progress on coding in general. Any thoughts on why this app is not working for me?
