Hi,
It has been confirmed by at least 3 different MY19 cars made after November 2018, (officially the 2nd MY19 production phase, first one was from June to November 2018) that the Driving Mode (ECO, Comfort, Individual etc.) is NOT retained any more after turning off and on again.
So every time you restart the car, you will be in Normal mode. Don't confuse this with the DSG/Drive mode, this is normal to go to D1, I refer to the entire Driving Mode of the car as can be confirmed by the symbol on the Virtual cockpit (leaf for ECO, straight road for Normal, curved road for Sport) and the infotainment screen.
Since this is working on the 1st phase of MY19 cars I assume there is some adaptation that controls it, but any ideas where to start looking or values that would make sense to compare between 1st phase vs 2nd phase MY19's??
Cheers

I suggest it must be a setting which is specific for europe or specific countries, since it seems to be related to the WLTP changes ... however I have not managed to find the difference

If this behaviour occurs on other VAG cars with WLTP engines maybe we have more chances of someone locating it.
