The Details are on github and the page below: github.com/jilleb/MQB-FPA

It is not enought to change the drive profile after returns, car will still change motor and DSG from ECO/Sport to D.

It depends what change you like and which not but you can change all this behavior in the dataset, Driving Profile, DSG etc

I have and i know how to do it, my Cupra does what i want now, after changing the dataset as described at GitHub.
I just wanted to note that for keeping the DSG/Motor setting (ECO or Sport) it is not enough to set the return profile.

Can you please explain more about the configuration required for keeping ECO and Sport Mode
Do you think about Gearbox 03 1e00 feff (Remember after reset), DSG Coasting ... this kind of settings, not sure if this is what we need?

Read the comments in the template file, this is the interesting one: // if DSG has value FFFE here, it will no longer go back to D at start.

I tried it, I went to long coding but I only see by 0x00 to 0x29 , while the instructions seems to go way higher. Does anyone know how to get to to the right codes like 0x339 ?
