Tray: Do you see J525 (the Dynaudio module) in the scan report? It's a "subsystem" of the module @ address hex5F
Have you enabled the MOST facility on the 5F module in the code-string?
Have you told the 5F module that you are using an external amplifier, again in the code-string?

OK, let's start with the basics - here's the CAN bus topology for the audio set-up on a mk7 Golf:  The thing to note in the network diagram is J525 (which VW calls "Digital Sound Package " control system) - this is the OEM 400W external amplifier. Also notice that J525 is connected to J794 (which is the MIB unit in the glove-box) via an arrangement that's known as "ring-topology". This is an optical fiber cable that provides the audio/handshaking signal between the MIB and the amplifier - all communications are digital and dialogue between J794 and J525 uses what VW calls "MOST" (Media Oriented System Transport) protocols So that's why I asked if you had enabled MOST - because if the amplifier isn't connected, MOST is not normally enabled on the MIB (it doesn't need to be enabled). Here's the screen shot for the MOST software switch (see the switch below the "yellow" box - I used this screen shot originally for another purpose):  But the most important issue (IMO) is the note that I have included in the CAN network diagram. My understanding is that J525 is captured in the Component Protection constellation. CP is a facility the VW uses to combat the trade of stolen parts - the only way to remove CP errors is to connect to VW's FAZIT system back @ Wolfsburg. So only a registered dealer can do this!! I am not getting incorrectly coded module as it’s nlt been coded
Can you tell me all options which need to be selected to enable dynaudio
All connections are perfect as original dynaudio wiring was used

I will do it when I get home tonight don Is there any reason why it’s not on my sub menu Tray: I'm not certain - "Trouble" error codes seem to have their own logic for when they display the code-string of the module and when they don't! I'm sure that there is a reason for this, but I just don't know why!! Perhaps one of the more knowledgeable forum members here has the answer to your question - I don't? As for wanting to see the code-string on your 5F module, my hunch (and it's just a guess) is that Byte 11, Bits 0-1 might still be not set properly. If your MIBII unit was factory set for operation without J525, then the value of these Bits will be: Bit0=1, Bit1=0 (i.e. hex1). But if you want to tell the 5F module that it needs to send information to the MOST bus (and therefore not use the internal amplifier, or the speakers on the quadlock connector at the rear of the module in the glove-box), then you need to have Bit0=0 and Bit1=1 (i.e. hex2). What I wanted to do is to see what value Byte11 was on your 5F module to confirm my suspicion because after you set the MOSTcode software switch to active (as per my previous instruction), the 5F unit will expect that you also have the Bits in Byte 11 set to " external amplifier". If this has not been done, then you could get the "incorrect code" error message. But as I said, this is just a hunch! However, you can check this yourself if you want by using the "alphabetic" part of the long-coding facility on OBD11 - like this:  Don |

^^^ OK - the fact that J525 isn't talking to the Gateway module is significant!! Check all physical connectors and cables. Where did the J525 module come from? Did you install the wiring loom?

Installed full original wiring and it came from a donor vehicle which was working 100%

^^^ OK - The thing that's interesting in your scan is that ALL communications between the Gateway module (@ hex19) and J525 (@ hex47) happens over the CAN network via the MOST bus.
The fact that the equipment information for J525 has been received by the Gateway and it has been populated in the scan report (see the information for "47 Sound System") means that the MOST bus has been enabled and that it is operating correctly (at least for the purposes of interrogating J525 for the scan). But clearly the error message on the Gateway means that there is a problem with normal functionality with J525 (i.e. when the module is operating as an amplifier).
So, the software switches in the 5F module for MOST are OK - and clearly CAN communications are happening
It is possible that somehow the CP hack on the MIB unit is interfering with normal J525 coms. There are no CP errors on the Gateway - which is a surprise given that your scan is the first time that the Gateway module has seen J525 on an ignition cycle. All very odd indeed
But my real hunch (guess) is the amplifier itself (J525) is the culprit . - what type of MIB unit was in the host car that the amplifier was taken out of?
The only cars that I have in my database that use 5G0 035 456 amplifiers (as in your scan) have MIBI modules. Those cars that have MIBII modules in my database all have 5Q0 035 456 amplifiers. I don't have access to EKTA - but I suggest that you confirm that your amplifier is compatible with MIBII

My system doesn’t even show the correct dynaudio menus
I am planning on purchasing the mib 2 amp but wanted to get everything up and running before purchasing
But could it be the case the mib1 amp is the problem and it is not compatible whatso ever with mib 2 system

And why would you do this without telling me about the amplifier mis-match until I found out the identity of the amplifier on your scan report? my advice- just install the correct amplifier and deal with any problems when and if they arise - it will be much easier !!! Don I only realised after installation, as I was searching coding methods which put me into a link which said the amplifiers have different part numbers
Do you think the communication could be blocked due to incorrect module?
Also it states incorrectly coded, I am sure the audio should still work even if the module is incorrect but not work 100%
I will be getting the new amp this week and I will let you know how I get one

Update
Installed the mib2 amp and everything works fine, the dynaudio menus have appeared as soon as connected
Just one side of the car speakers work but I know this is CP and I will be getting this removed tomorrow

Been to get the CP lifted and I’ve been told there is no CP on the unit which is weird and that it needs to be coded online ? ? ?
