Dv52, good night, how to enable the fog lights to operate together with the low beams when in automatic or on the headlights. Today it only works in high light, I would like that as soon as I turn on the headlights or they turn on automatically, the fog lights turn on together. My car is Passat HL b8 MQB 2018 Sedan.

I think u need to activate them with an extra lightfunction. Go to -> STG 09 (Central Electric) -> Login 31347 --> Adaption
---> Leuchte12NL LB45 (Foglight Left) ---> Lightfunction C from "not active" to "Abblendlicht links" ---> Dimmwert CD from "0" to "127" ---> Dimming Direction "maximize" ----> Leuchte13NL RB45 (Foglight Right) ----> Lightfunction C from "not active" to "Abblendlicht rechts" ----> Dimmwert CD from "0" to "127" ----> Dimming Direction "maximize" That should it be. If it doesnt work, reply or send me PM.

Dv52, has how to leave the rear LED direction signals of the Passat Sedan HL 2.0 2018 MQB dynamic, or alternated with the external LEDs of the taillight?.

What I would like, is that led of the rear blinkers, alternate with the external leds when I give arrow to left or right. Dv52, would it be possible for you to pass me how to do this in my Passat b8 HL TSI 2.0 2018 Sedan ?.

ruinalin22 Do this: - ONLY if Leuchte18BLK HLA60-Lichtfunktion E 18 = Blinken links Hellphase, change to Blinken links Dunkelphase
- ONLY if Leuchte19BLK HRC31-Lichtfunktion E 19 = Blinken rechts Hellphase, change to Blinken rechts Dunkelphase

On Leuchte18BLK HLA60, Linchfunktion E 18, on my car it is selected: Nicht aktiv. Can I use the change to: Blinken links Dunkelphase on my Passat?. This is also for the Leuchte19BLK HRC31-Lichtfunktion E 19, which is in Nicht aktiv for: Blonken rechts Dunkelphase?.

ruinalin22 : hmm.......... because there are so many different options for light-fittings on a Passat - there are also lots of different ways that the Leuchte-sets can be factory coded. My instructions above were a bit of a guess based on a central electrics module in my database. But clearly your car is not the same - what country is this?
The best way forward is to post-up screenshots of one of the Leuchte-sets in my first post (doesn't matter which one). To be clear, I need to see ALL 19 x channels in your pictures

- Leuchte18BLK HLA60-Lichtfunktion A 18 change Blinken links Hellphase to Blinken links Dunkelphase
- Leuchte19BLK HRC31-Lichtfunktion A 19 change Blinken rechts Hellphase to Blinken rechts Dunkelphase

Does this configuration work that passed?, because I am with rear lights like Scandinavian, that is, are all the time the external LEDs connected. So, will it switch with the internals after this configuration you went through?.

Good morning DV52, think that if you do this setting on the flashers to stay on all the time, can not decrease the life of the leds of the flashers?.

ruinalin22 : When you say "Does this configuration work that passed?" - are you asking if my suggestion has been tested? If so, the answer is NO!. As for your question about "decrease the life of the LEDs of the flashers" - my suggestion does NOT turn-ON the flashers all the time. My changes will only make the fashers "counter-blink" with the other turn-signal lamps - which was what you requested in your post

hmm...... you can always experiment and try the tweak (I've not done this tweak) - but if the car already has AUTO hold, then it will have the ON/OFF switch for the function. AFAIK, the MENU facility simply replicates the button function (I think it is intended for those cars that don't have the physical AUTO hold switch)

Ah, ok, I think that's my case, as I have the physical switch in my car, this doesn't work, I tried it but it didn't appear in the menu, I went back to what it was. Thank you 👍🏻
