Dunno, try it, You don’t need the one in “int light 2 gen” as that’s for the aid
What colour were you thinking because you can do red (gti) a easier way

Hi All,
Collect my 17.5 GTD yesterday and noticed it has a similar issue to my older MK7 where the Auto high beam resets every time you switch the ignition off, the old coding I have is as follows: Controller 09 - Central Electronics
16 - Security Access - enter 31347
10 - Adaptations
• (5)-Assistenzlichtfunktionen-Fernlichtassistent Reset
• Wert anpassen: "nicht aktiv" [standard = "aktiv", d.h. Fernlichtassistent bei "Zündung aus" deaktiviert]
But in the new car I only have an option for lighting assistant and the options are different. Doe anyone what the new options for this are?
Cheers
Rich

Central Electrics (09) Aussenlicht_uebergreifend Fahrlichtwarnung_Hinweis_Konfig Hinweis_in LDS-Stellung_Null_und_SL -> kein Hinweis Does this remove the annoying message 🤗

Yes, press and hold the on/off button for 10 seconds
What coding did you use? There’s three things you need to change

Hello everyone and happy holidays;)
please excuse my english ...
I have an OBDeleven pro.
Here are my questions for my Canadian Golf R 2018:
I searched for several hours without success how to turn off the turn signals (flasher) when I lock/unlock the car?
I would also like to know if it is possible When the headlights are turned on, the DRL indicator light should turn off ?
Thank you in advance for your help !!

Could it be
Central electrics Adaptions Aussenlicht_Blinker: Komfortblinken: Set to not active
For the indicators on door lock/unlock?
Not tried it myself as I like that feature

Thanks, But I tried three times, always flashes when I lock and unlock the doors, I try each option on the page you suggestions me.
I d'ont understand why we have acoustic confirmation lock/unlock in apps, but not visual confirmation on/off option ?

I only had a quick browse, but there is another section further down that is acknowledgement signal (or something like that) and that had some optical stuff in it, I did notice a Blinken alarm, but I presumed that’s for if your alarm goes off and not doors unlock/lock

I don't have a email for them, I just play around with the settings I feel comfortable playing with (I won't mess with things like brakes) just to see if I can get the car the way I'd like it to behave
Also central locking in German is ZV (didn't think at the time, probably too much xmas spirit 😂) so well worth looking under them titles ( although zv_komfort I think is mainly to do with windows when locking/unlocking) but I haven't translated much of them myself

What is the sound with this mod? The car horn? If the car has an alarm installed, you can put on another sound, right? How is it done?
Lock/Unlock Sound
[09] Central Electronics Select - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SIGNALS
Select ACTIVE for Akustische Rueckmeldung entriegen if you want acoustic feedback for unlock Select YES for Akustische Rueckmeldung verriegeln if you want acoustic feedback for lock Select ACTIVE for Menuesteuerung akustische Rueckmeldung (Acoustic lock menu)
In-car procedure: Press the CAR button on the RHS of the infotainment screen Select SETUP on the bottom RHS of the screen (looks like a cog) Select Opening & closing panel Place a tick in Acoustic confirmation box. The facility can be turned ON/OFF via this switch

Well, I'm really discouraged !! I buy the OBDeleven for this ...
Even technical support can not help me ??
On my last three cars, Mercedes, BMW, Mazda, I could turn on or off the flashing or the sound when I lock/unlock the doors. without any software (OEM)
Thank you for helping me again, or even to offer me something.
