Dashboard > Long Coding > Blind spot detection (12/6/1) = yes/no
what is it? why is it on the dashboard module?
it will notify on dashboard beside the blinking orange on mirrors?

Well i have the blind spot detection (the orange blinking on the side mirrors) from factory!
But, the option that i mentioned before is 'NO' state.
HOW ?

Are you kind to do a Full backup with OBD11 and attach the file in this thread, please?
I'm also interested to retrofit this but I don't know what to code within the modules.

Blind Spot is Low Range Radar (LEDs in Mirror Surface). Not used in MQBw
SideAssist is Mid Range (LEDs in Mirror Foot). This is coded via the Lane Change Assist Bit.
Activating both makes no sense at all. Activating BSD instead of SA should also not work.

Sure, but during the full backup the process stops without any warning. And no backup registered in history... From what i see he stops in the "telematics" unit... |

Thank you. I've just realized that it's no need for the Full Back. If you are kind to do individual backup(for below modules) and post here the files, please? A5, 17, 5F, 44, 76, probably 03 and 23 (brakes are undocumented).And offcourse for Control unit: 3C Lane Change Assistant Right

As an workaround, try to do individual backup of the Telematics control unit only. Maybe afterwards the full back will work!
