But my Passat B8 has no bits. It has octets instead. So if I activate/ deactivate gauge test needle sweep, nothing happens.

My car is equipped with Park Assist (additional sensors are available and rear view camera is available) - is it enough for Ausparkassistent, or some other sensor/radar is neccesary?
Did anyone try coding?

Hi, did the same on my Alltrack, tried everything everywhere, and without additional info, my conclusion is that you can reduce, but not increase.
It has certainly to do with the lane tracking feature, as activating this command, "opens" the lane to overtake.
After 3 seconds, the active lane tracking is back on, and honestly, it is late enough !

For information, the Traffic Jam Assist option comes in France with the "Drive Assist 2 premium pack", which includes : - Dynamic light assist (for LED high models) - Sign assist - Dynamic lane assist - Side assist (blind spot monitoring) - Pedestrians recognition. - Traffic Jam Assist (which activate the Lane assist Under 60km/h and enables the car to follow the one in front of yours). On my car, which is equipped with "Drive assist 2 pack" (not premium), I have : - Light assist - Sign assist - Dynamic lane assist - Side assist - Pedestrian recognition The Traffic Jam Assist is really poorly documented on the internet, and I couldn't find any information about its coding. I am waiting for the OBDeleven Pro module, so when I have it, I might be able to emit a report, then find someone equipped with the option and to the same ? (I don't know if it works like VCDS, or if it is automaticaly sent through the app). It would be really great to enable this feature. For information, lots of people on Passat forums would like to be able to activate the Traffic Jam Assist, so I am a kind of guinea pig, by buying the OBDeleven module  Best regards. Hi guys. From what I remember, the error occurred after the settings made in A5 Driver Assistance, for DLA. Could it be from the HBA / DLA logo, which Dashboard sees as something new?

Another option would be from activate "refuel quantity in dash" ... maybe a tank calibration is necessary?
Or is just a bug ?
Either way, I would like someone from OBDeleven team to get involved and find a solution.
We have some support here or is just on paper ?

Problem solved. The error was from changing the service interval ... I set 365 days again and the error could be cleared.
However, it is good to know that the OBDeleven support is equal to 0. Although I put the problem on the chat in the application, no one bothered to answer. Good job boys ! I'm very confident ... that if I have a problem, no one helps me !

I have a Passat B8 GTE 2016 with AID and MIB2 (Discovery Pro), with one color ambient light (blue, just on doors) and I want to activate 3-10 colors. Now I don't have any menu for colors.
I already search here or on the internet, but no success...just how to add colors from 3 to 10 or 10 to 30.

Hi,
If I understand right you already use obdeleven app and you use the app. If yes, check the door control units. There you switch on and off ambi lights "type I". If it is like I wrote above, than you have the LEDs with only one color. Than you have to replace the LEDs, and install new cables in the door and also one cable to the bcm control unit. If your bcm doesn't have an ambiente lights option you have to replace also this. It is possible to get ambiente lights withe color change in your car, but not only with coding. Physical work is necessary. And it takes time!

Also, i have sign recognition and wanted to turn on laneassist. ObdII system is successful but i can not find any new options in the infotainment system.

I have a 2017 B8 Passat Estate, the panoramic sunroof and blind have suddenly stopped working.
Is there anything that can be done to possibly sort this.
My friend connected a diagnostic to it and it said
“No Basic Setting”

To erikhellzen: If you did the coding for Lane Assist , the option is already done, in your Dash.
Check your Assistanse system in your dash, the option is there.
Normally you need Side assist, with this option, but anyway if you have it, should be there.

To bosko; For full park assist ( Wheel drive do the parking, inclusive with trailer) , you may need have installed a 360° Camera. Means front , mirrors, and on back

Hi There ayman2311.
I see, you made some changes in your Dash control unit. (You will have to reverse, that. )
As mentintioned several times, hope you back up your system before, to make secure reverse changes.
If not , you will have to reverse it going to history and from the generated histoy.txt copy and paste the information in Exel, starting the date you got the problem.
Is some work to separate the information, but after done you will able to see original Status on each Adaptation, or Long coding.
After is done, copy and paste the results in a new Exel file, and print it. Now you can Apply those changes back again.

would anyone know if it possible or how to code the virtual cockpit so it doesnt come up with "smartphone navigation is active"?
as i like to use virtual cockpit for navigation but as soon as a active route is through phone maps it comes up with that message on virtual cockpit.
I have even tried using wireless carplay and still same message each time.
ideally i would like to bring up carplay maps on cockpit but if thats not possible, id like to keep the factory maps on cockpit instead of that annoying message.
