Yes, calibration requires that the module is operating correctly- so you won't be able to run the process until you attend to the DTCs.
It appears the right side module is isn't working - no output and not coded!! Why?
Also, does the car actually have 2 x level sensors - because this is what you have told the hex55 module via long-code string.
And why does the car believe the RH/LH drive changeover switch has been operated?

Not sure about your front-left level sensor- but clearly the hex55 module doesn't think that it's functioning correctly. Is it new- if so, are you sure it's the correct unit?
For the right-side module errors - before you spend any more money, try swapping left and right side modules. Then redo the auto-scan. Does the DTC follow the swapped module. If so, then you might need to replace the module. If not, the error is somewhere else.
Note: it's better when sourcing these modules to get a second-hand unit from a donor car that has the same drive-side (rather than a brand-new) because used modules are already parameterized.
For the other error, I'm fairly certain that you can access the LHD/RHD changeover switch via the car MENU. This from the owner's manual: - The headlight orientation can be adjusted using the CAR button and the and Light function buttons in the infotainment system .
If the MENU on your car doesn't have this function, you can do the same thing with your diagnostic device like this: - Fire-up the diagnostic device (OBD11, VCDS, etc) and connect to the dongle
- Select the hex55 module
- click-on Adaptation
- Select Activate left/right hand drive switch-over and change value to not active

Not sure what's happening and it really depends on the headlights - but here is an example of how the auto-scan should be:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Address 55: Headlight Range (J745) Labels:| 7P6-907-357.clb Part No SW: 7P6 907 357 D HW: 7P6 907 357 A Component: AFS-ECU H07 0090 Revision: -------- Serial number: -------------- Coding: 029602000B000200 Shop #: WSC 01357 011 00200 ASAM Dataset: EV_HeadlRegulVWAFSMQB 001120 ROD: EV_HeadlRegulVWAFSMQB.rod VCID: 40D949FA9A06F7EBE71-8014 Left Headlamp Power Output Stage: Subsystem 1 - Part No SW: 3D0 941 329 D HW: 3D0 941 329 D Labels: 3D0-941-329.CLB Component: LeiMo links H01 0002 Coding: 2E0000 Right Headlamp Power Output Stage: Subsystem 2 - Part No SW: 3D0 941 329 E HW: 3D0 941 329 E Labels: 3D0-941-329.CLB Component: LeiMo rechts H01 0002 Coding: 2E0000 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I suggest that you return the output modules to their original sides - then re-enter the long-code string into the hex55 module - copy and paste the same value back into the module (don't use the long-code value above). Sometimes, this will re-program the long-code string back into the left/right side Power Output modules
