See this post forum.obdeleven.com/thread/15436/taos-2022-obdeleven-working appears the Taos does not communicate to OBD11, I have passed it on to support if you contact them directly via the in app help file they will be able to give you the ability to record system interaction to help them fix it.

They have now started a bug list with updates and this is the first one on the list.
