The problem is easily explained - as you will see, my instructions were posted in the mk7 forum. Since you have posted here, I assume that you have a mk7.5. In about the middle of 2016 (depending on country), VW made a significant change to both the long-code string and the adaptation channel database in the central electrics module (which lives @ address hex09). These changes affected lots of the "parent-name" part of the adaptation channel identifiers - and it affected many (most?) mk7.5 vehicles
So, instead of searching in Dyn. turn signal modes for the channels - look instead in Außenlicht_Blinker.
