Hi together,
i have a New Audi TT from 2020 und i cant change anything with OBD Eleven 2nd Generation with an iPad. no Apps are working und also normal codings. i geht always the Message Try again.

Have you tried opening the hood and pulling the handbrake before you start coding/using apps? Some newer cars need those steps.

Sorry to add to this conversation but as far as i know the AUDI TT Is on the old MQB Platform and not the MQB Evo one which has some SFD Protection.
Quick way to confirm this is go to control unit 09, live data and search for SFD activated if its there then it has SFD.
The message from support is misleading because it has been possible on Golf and Leon to code many control units even some of those supposedly protected by SFD
Either way as far as I know (and always happy to learn otherwise) all new VAG Group cars (late 2020 onwards) now require bonnet open and parking break on to enable coding.
The other thing to try is uninstalling and re installing the app on your device (which I presume has the correct operating system version, Bluetooth turned on and good Internet).
