I have car in my native language so it won't help you much but, when you hit car icon in right infotainment corner/exterior settings/lights/ it added as first option Light Assist switch - you can turn it off so when you turn your high beams on with push of the stick it's on and not in automatic assist mode as was normal for me before.

wow, I have much more options there: Light assist, sensitivity of automatic lights, DRL (coded from this thread) , headights during rain, + options you have. So some other things might miss from your coding. Sorry just sharing what worked for me :/

Could you quote the coding you have done successfully on this thread on the HBA?

this is what i have after coding Switched car to english, these are my options in exterior lighting menu. Also I have smaller screen but I don't think that should play some role in this. Maybe try to code DRL in menu to see if that option is added to your list. DRL: Nov 1, 2021 20:06:28 GMT 1 domenico1988 said: DRL In lighting menu (Attivazione e disattivazione delle diurne da menù) - Select control unit 09 - Electronic control unit - Select Adaptation - Select Daytime running lights ( Per gli italiani, Luci Diurne) - Select Tagfahrlicht Aktivierung durch BAP oder Bedienfolge moeglich, Set to Active This is all I changed: also last option translated means "Menu control high beam assistant factory setting" maybe you need to disable that but as you can see I didn't change that and it's working for me.

G-meter, engine power and torque issues.
Hi, I tried to activate g-meter, engine torque and engine power on my seat leon kl (obd app updated yesteday). These parameters are currently set to "active" (for obd). Previously I tried using preset obd app (10 coins each), and then I also tried manual activation (via unit 17 - adaptation), with sfd unlocked, but still not working in car's cockpit; same result with each way. Any advice? Thanks.

Rear DRL Lights (Led posteriore acceso con le diurne) With this modification when you have the DRL on, the outer taillights will also light: - Module 09 Electronic control unit - Adaptation - Daytime running light (Per gli italiani, Luci Diurne) - Tagfahrlicht-Dauerfahrlicht aktiviert zusaetzlich Standlicht (Change value to On) DRL In lighting menu (Attivazione e disattivazione delle diurne da menù) - Select control unit 09 - Electronic control unit - Select Adaptation - Select Daytime running lights ( Per gli italiani, Luci Diurne) - Select Tagfahrlicht Aktivierung durch BAP oder Bedienfolge moeglich, Set to Active Hi Domenico, I followed your instruction and it worked but let me ask you: In infotainment light menu now I have the option "daytime running lights" locked. I mean I cannot set it via infotainment, it's always on (infotainment doesn't allow to press on it). Is it ok?

It’s the question. Others VAG car can do it so it would be logical for us to do it too. However, we must find the settings in question

Anyone know how to disable the start/stop system? With the setting deactivate start/stop unfortunately does not work What engine do you have? Switching off the Start / Stop should only work on diesel and petrol with manual transmission. On hybrids it's obviously a different system and it wouldn't even make sense to do so.

Ah okay, I have a 1.5 eTSI DSG. So it is not possible with this engine?

The eTSI engine is restarted by the electric motor and not by the starter motor, furthermore the 48V battery would become useless by deactivating the shutdown in motion. It is not simply a start / stop, it is an integral part of the hybrid. Surely it can be done but it would become a normal TSI and it would not make sense.

Does anybody know how to enable Mirrorlink? I have full link icon on the menu, but when I click it - it says it is unavailable. I asked the dealer - he said he cannot do anything, there is no option to payfor installation. However, in the list of available (uninstalled) FEC I have 00060300 (mirrorlink)? I tried changing the settings of the USB port (form USB_ipod to full), all three options - MirrorLink, carplay and Android auto are set to ON in the 5F menu and still .. nothing happens. When I connect my phone the car reports - "please check you cable " Vehicle is : Seat Leon MK4 Hybrid, FR trim.
Thanks in advance for any idea on this!

Hello good afternoon, there are applications that do not work, the engine torque power and engine power display do not appear in the box and I get in the history that if they are activated, with the other applications I have not had any problem, do you know what it can be? ibb.co/VWWDyz6

When you press the + and - keys on the steering wheel when acc is active the speed is altered in 10 km/h steps. It would be nice if this was in 5 km/h steps instead. You can go up and down 1km/h with the Set and Res keys but since I always want to set mine 5 km/h above the limit it's a lot of pressing Hi sealen1 Were you ever able to find a way to change the ACC stalk up/down step from 10km/hr to 5km/hr? I have a similar experience to you and would like the same change. I've asked on Briskoda and in a Spanish Octavia owners forum, with no results. I noticed in an older thread on some forum that the UK models of this platform step +/ 5MPH (about 8km/hr), so, clearly, it's not absolutely fixed, though it may be tied to a units setting, or only be possible by hacking firmware instead of "long coding" a configuration value... thanks, Jay Spain
