Hello.

Device: 1st generation (white).

Android: 9.0

Phone: Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro

Car: Tiguan 2019

Problem: Doesn't connect to the device the first time. It takes a lot of attempts to connect. All the methods described on the forum have been tried (restarting the phone, reinstalling the application, etc.) A stable algorithm for connecting the first time has not been found.

Help me figure out how to solve the problem. I attach a video of the connection process (updating to version 0.27.0 did not help).

First comment you say the car is Tiguan 2019 but the screen shows it as a 2020 model

Once you are connected can you actually see or do anything.

The issues i see most are weak wifi / mobile data signal

When you go to connect does it show you the dongle so that you can pick that item.

Have you tried using a different android device (I am on Android 9 and have no issues connecting unless i have bad internet or lots of bluetooth devices around me.) or logging on to another VAG Vehicle.
