How to enable additional language in Center Instrument

The language function is set in Byte 2 - but a better way to access the language options is to use the descriptive part of long-code. You can access this option by pressing the "click here" star that I have shown on the first screenshot below.

However, it really does depend on what language options have been factory-programmed into the module firmware for your car. Again, I'm not familiar with NAR modules, but on my test-bench (my virtual mk7) which has a Rest-of-World dashboard module, I was able to find language options for both Canton-Chinese and Mandarin-Chinese (by scrolling down the 2nd picture).
