I have an Ibiza Xcellence 2020, which I have activated some extra functions with OBDELEVEN, however the ambient light menu no longer appears in the menu, when wanting to activate it through the application for 10 points it sends the message of "Failed", you know that could it have happened? How do I activate the menu again? Thank you for your answers

Not my car but put up you history file so we can try and figure out what caused the problem.
Are you a Pro user or just using apps.

You have to take the car to the concessionary, they solve the problem in 2 hours
