Hi, I recently bought a OBDeleven PRO because i wanted to upgrade my Q7 with audi smartphone interface for the carplay. I have help from a firm in UK but i live in Sweden so the plan was to remotly access the MMI with a dlink USB-Ethernet cable. After consultion with the guy in UK i was told i need to update the MMI for it to work with carplay. I recived the update on mail and i copied it to an SD card and went into the MMI menu and proceeded with the update, at the end of the update it told me to plugin diagnostic tool to verify the update but since i dont have that i pressed cancel and that left me with a faulty code under 5F so now all sound in the car is dead. After talking back and forth with the guy in UK he told me i have to go in with the OBDeleven and under Confirm of installation change go in and enter a new key, old key is 67CB and i was told to enter AE19 and write this key. Problem is i get failed everytime i try to do this, i rebooted and tested many times. I cannot change the key. Any ideas on how to fix this ? Thanks in advance!!
BR Daniel

Hey, you have to fix your svm (software version management) 5F -> Adaption (10) -> search for lde025 Go to xor.pw and paste the value from lde025 into the first input field, enter "c9d2" in the second input and hit "calculate XOR". Fill in the calculated XOR into lde025.

I have found a solution, downgrade from Bose 440 to Bose 430 or 420 (depending on what you had in previous firmware). Let me kno if you need files or assistance.

Ok so I have found a solution to the no sound after the update. As I flashed the bose system when doing MMI update it uploaded incorrect files to the MMI therefore no sound output. I contacted a tech from the UK and he asked for my Bose Amp model number (Located under Amp) and sent me the correct file and now I have sound . Three weeks with no sound and now audio is working. Msg this guy on FB www.facebook.com/zubscoding and he will sort the sound file for your system. Ps I went to the Steelership and they told me I need a new MMI system @13k or amp @4.5K. They have no idea and arent really that helpful if you do an update yourself.
