Good day,

Recently a friend of mine who drives a 2019 Golf R (NA) and I who also drives a 2019 Golf R (NA) have issues long coding his with all the same things ive done to mine though the Android app under apps -> Adjustments All of the changes i can do to mine ( Mirror dip, Lock/ Unlock acoustic confirmation) however for what ever reason when we are trying to use the app on his it always comes up with not available is there some sort of troubleshooting we can do to enable it or is there something that ive been missing. Is there also a possibility that the dealership has locked him out of the mods?

Are your cars pretty much the same when it comes to extras?
For some apps is hardware required. If you don't have the needed HW the app won't work.

As far as i know no.

The apps need some requirements in order to work. (f. e. coding)
The problem could be that the coding from your friend is different and app then says not available.

Is your friends car correctly identified by the app? This could also be the issue.

Do you own the pro version of OBDeleven? If yes you could code the apps manually.

Will have to try coding it manually and seeing if that works thanks !
