Long Coding of 13: Reaction on standing objects. Works "oookay" with newer software and camera. With older radar software or without camera, is almost zero reliable.
In the end VW decided to disable that feature by coding and not talk about it. ;-)

Both systems use the same radar in front.

Yes. Front Assist and ACC use the same radar sensor.

I tried this with ACC 5Q0907572H together with Camera 3Q0980654G and found it to be totally unreliable. After an update to 5Q0907572J and 3Q0980654L (0610) I was suprised the ACC detected an parked car and wanted to stop me behind it.
Right now with 5Q0907572M and 3Q0980654T (0611) I do not see much difference to before, after all it is not well enough to safely rely on it. Sometimes, It detects stopped cars from more than hundred meters, sometimes in almost similar situations I have to brake manually in 50m distance to a stopped car. I think this has to do with the camera actually detecting a car's silhouette. My car for example is unable to detected an standing trains cart at 30km/h, while a car is detected quite safely.
