When I do a scan of my brand new car, it has the code U112400 - Additional installations detected listed which won’t clear. However I don’t have any modules listed that aren’t green. How do I find out what the CAN gateway thinks is installed but isn’t showing?

Under settings do you have Autocode gateway list set to SHOW.
This should auoto code the gateway list for any missing items.

I don’t see this option. I’m using the iOS version. Where can I find this setting?

sorry missed your reply,
Afraid I dont have the apple phone any more but from memory the settings are under the other tab.
If not if you go into the main control unit screen there should be an icon that allows you to add in more control units, if they are marked in black that means the car cant talk to the control unit.

Did a bit more research and it seems it’s a software issue with my CAN gateway. No modules are shown in black. It’s booked into the dealer this Friday so hopefully the can get it sorted under warranty.
