Wonder if anyone would be so kind as to point me to the correct post. Where I can can info on registration and first use.

Just bought an OBDeleven device second hand. Was sold as a PRO so was expecting some sort of licence key from previous own.

When I connect to my Ateca it asks for 6 digit code which I don't know. I hit forgot code and it looks to send info to prevoius owner.

I have registered my details on the app.

Any help is appreciated

I am afraid you will need to talk to the person you purchased the dongle from and ask them to forward the email with pass code.

You could try in settings / Device changing password request to Dont request but pretty sure it changes it back when you connect first time.

Other than that i am afraid its talking to Support (who are not in till Monday)

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
