Hello, can someone please point me to the thread that resolves this issue? I have looked, read, but don't see anything that gets me across the goal line so I don't have to see this warning light. Not sure what I did in long coding but whatever I did it stuck! Thanks, Greg

Do you have passive or active TPMS? If you have the latter, check the spare donut tire for correct pressure.

It is passive...I have set the pressures using the infotainment screen...all was well until I messed with it via OBD coding. Went back and can't seem to rectify it. All tire pressures as exactly the same.

Check the history of unit 3. It controls the tpms direct or indirect system. I suppose that you don’t touch other units.... for install the direct tpms in your car. If you don’t have the sensors in the wheels and the radio unit it will not work ever. In unit 3, check this. Checked bits 4, 5, 6. In the byte 27. Checked bit 7 in byte 28. This bits are marked in indirect tpms system this is a direct tpms

Thanks, Greg bolivarjoy:indirect TPMS on a modern Golf may look simple, but it really is a very sophisticated feature involving a complex calculation using data from a number of external sensors. If you can't resolve this matter, yourself - post up a copy of the latest records in your history file like this:
After you receive the email, copy-and-past the latest records here

Thank you for the help. I will check unit 3 and try to post pics as described. I had the active system in my previous car and really liked seeing what was in each tire.
