Looking to increase idle engine speed as well as throttle body adaption.
Anyone have the exact steps that need to be followed for 2015 Mk7 GTI 6MT (cxca motor)?

Mk7s have a very limited capacity to increase idle speed -its no more than 50 rpm (actually, most VAG vehicles have this limitation in my experience) I'm not sure about your particular engine type - but the tweak goes something like this: - Make sure that the air conditioner is OFF and engine is warned-up and idling
- Connect to the dongle and navigate to the Engine module @ address hex01
- Select Adaptation
- Enter "idle" into the search box and select idle RPM correction (if this channel is available)
- If the module has this channel, the default setting will be 0 - change to a value no higher than 50 (you should hear the engine speed increase after the new setting is accepted)
If the idle RPM correction channel isn't available in your hex01 module - try this: - navigate to the Gateway module @ address hex19
- Select Adaptation
- Enter "idle" into the search box and select Increase idle speed request
- Modify the setting as desired (note: allowable values are Mode not active (factory default), no request, stage 1, stage 2, stage 3.) I'm not sure how the "stage" settings apply - so experimentation will be required- please report your findings
- If you are asked for a security code, use 20103

I just realized that I never responded to your previous post - I did the idle speed increase adaption & it worked well. Thanks for that...
Do you know how or if it's possible to do throttle body adaption?

Did u ever find out how to adjust the idle?
I finally found it under “gateway”
And it gave me choices stage 1,2,3
When trying to activate any I get the code
(31) function not available,
I’ve tried changing to VW diagnostic too and still did not allow me to do any stages
(Car was warmed up and idling properly too)
