I have the VW Golf Variant kombi R-Line 2019 trying to change the "virtual cockpit Golf vehicle body from the hatchback to the kombi but that wont work at all with my obdeleven Ultimate (PRO) I only got the error message "check ignition and try again"  anyone know how to solve it?  many thanks   |

Hello Blackpearl. In the control module 17, dashboard, in the byte 2, the bits from 3 to 6 are the vehicle variant. Before to make a backup of this control module, try to change this value. Try values from 1 to F. For example. This is vehicle variant C. In hexadecimal to decimal C is 0011 
in the module 5F, in byte 2, the bits 0 to 3 are the car derívate. The bits 4 to 7 are car delicate supplement. 
in this photo you can select from many models for codification in 5F module the bytes 0, 1 and 2. 
if you have an ARTEON, the codification 5F are this. Byte 0...02 - Byte 1...84 - Byte 2...03. Like you can see in the last picture |

Like you can see in the last picture Thanks, it was the C, but now the coulor changed from blue to yellow/gold in the AID. Do you or anyone know how to get the blue colour back in the AID and still keep the kombi model?? 😊😇 |
