I've just bought the OBDEleven pro version and what to code my steering wheel with shift paddles to the car. Which app do I use?

you have to go to 16 - Steering Column Electronics -> Long coding -> 22 Lenkrad mit Tiptronic-Testen(cp-tiptronic)-> Installed. Also if you have DSG dg250 you have to code it.

Yes your need PRO or Ultimate to manually code, unless you are happy to use one click apps in that case basic plan is fine.
