Hi,
I have bought the OBDeleven pro pack for my audi etron. using an android handy with the latest update.
i can connect to my dongle, see the car and ca scan it. but once I go to the control unit page, its empty... pull down shows refreshing, but still remains empty...
any idea?
like this its unusable...

Afraid its not my car but I can tell you the next release has the following item in it - Fixed issue where control unit list was empty so It sounds like there is a bug in this release that will be sorted soon. If you contact support via the help function in the app they will be able to confirm, but afraid they dont work weekends.
Just as an aside have you tried clearing the data/cache and or removing and reinstalling the app.

with the latest update (25.1) it claims that the empty list was fixed... I will try to empty the cache and data, and also if the same issue is on iOS... but so far the app/dongle is unusable 😭

^^^tester: hmm......... not sure if it helps and OP doesn't indicate the build year of her car -but I wonder if the problem might be the bonnet catch?
As you know, in late model (post MY19) Audis, the manufacturer included a lock-out mechanism for accessing information from the OBD port; the bonnet had to be opened before the Gateway module @ hex19 would respond. How old is this E-Tron? Don |

Don as always you are correct it could be the odd security feature (cant wait for SFD).
Support did confirm that there is an issue still and user did confirm it worked on IOS (see below from bug page)

Have now tried with an iPhone and this worked just fine... at least the dongle works ok with the car...
hopefully we‘ll get a solution soon for Android!

Just to add to this, new release today 0.25.2 with following fix
Fixed issue where e-tron control unit list was empty
Hopefully it works this time.
