Back in the days when I had my VW Scirocco, i remember that whenever you changed any setting on the climate controls, a graphic of the climate settings would immediately pop up on the infotainment screen mirroring the changes. Now I know you can press the "menu" button to get a similar graphic on screen on the MK7 Golf but it's a) not automatic (i.e. you have to press the menu button), and b) doesn't return to the previous screen after a time delay meaning you have to press another function button to close the display down.
therefore does anyone know if there's a setting in the adaptations menu that would make it appear on screen automatically then disappear after some seconds. I know it has no practical purposes, but would just looks nicer
