When are live charts going to be available for the mk6 platform? they are not present on my 2013 GTI.
How do i log timing pull? I am able to view the actual data, but do not see an option to record log.

Are you using IOS or Android.
If its IOS Then the charting facility (this is where you log live data and save as a .csv file) has not yet been built.

Good news, go to the control unit you are looking to log you will have two options.
1/ Live data, this just shows the data on your phone screen.
2/ Charts, same as live data but you can at the end save the file and get a .CSV File you can work on later.
Re what data you have I am afraid you need a MK6 Expert but just go through the data items hopefully they will tell you what you are looking at.

yep, it was the charts option... didnt see the + icon, pressed that and created what i needed. Thank you!
another question, can you save a chart template, or do you have to create a new chart each time you want to data log?

Afraid currently you have to create the chart each time.
I and many others have raised a request to allow for templates but so far they have not done it check out my request in my signature.
