Good morning everyone.
Brand new here! Have bought myself a new 2019 Alltrack. 1st new car and 1st VW. Been reading the forum lots and picked up an OBD11 pro scanner. I saw a video on youtube and I was wondering if it was able to code my lights like this guy did for his MK7.5 Golf R. The video on youtub is from Netcruzer RC TECH CARS. This is the youtube link
If anyone has some answers that would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Do you have the same fixtures in the back? This is an NAR Model, but this should work on EU cars the same way.
Technically, you posted a walkthrough video. The guy is clearly showing all steps. Why don't you try them out? Make screenshots in case something does not turn out, so you can go back easily.

Hey, my lights look a little different. Shape wise but they are LEDs. Car is a Canadian spec car. I'm just trying to read up and learn as much as I can before I do some coding. Don't want to mess anything up. Thanx for the input!

Now I see your point. Generally, the wiring for these LED lights is almost identical. Still I am a fan of trying out stuff Leuchte18 and 19 are turn signals ("Blinker" - abbrev BLK) 20-22 are Brakes ("Bremse" - BR) 23&24 are the rear positioning lights ("Schlusslicht" - SL) 25 is the plate lightning ("Kennzeichenbeleuchtung" - KZL) 26&27 are foglights ("Nebelschlussleuchte" - NSL) 28&29 are the reversing lights ("Rückfahrlicht" - RFL)
This should be more or less the backside of every LED equipped Golf. This only applies to Facelift golfs. Older and other cars can be wired completely different!

Great success!! Read everything 3 times before committing to clicking the right values. Turned out great, much nicer that stock mode. Now I'm reading up on how to code reverse mirror dip with the power folding mirrors.
