I changed to LED lights and when I go to the retrofit tab in apps to fix the light on my dash it won't allow me to drop down the box to change it to LED, sometimes I get an error stating that my ignition is off but my car is running every time I try. Can someone try to help me out?

(The car is running): Most adaption are not allowed with engine running. Just turn on the ignition, but not the motor.

Still doesn't work. It'll let me change it to LED and I'll hold the check mark, then it'll sit on working for 10 minutes or longer and basically just freeze the app. Error light still on dash. I even un-installed app and re-download it thinking that might the issue. I have the black pro dongle
