Not sure if this is permitted or not but here it goes.
I have a £50 bounty up for grabs for the first person who can provide coding for full ESC off by holding the ESC button. This is a very simple and well known tweak on the Mk7 / 7.5 Golf platform, but has eluded me and many others on the Polo. The byte that exists in the Golf ABS controller doesn't respond to change.
Conditions of bounty are coding that enable me to hold ESC button to turn it OFF (ESC OFF), working while driving and then I will paypal you friends / family £50 GBP.

In my opinion it's ok to set a bounty but if you don't send the money to the one that did the job we're gonna have a problem.

I guess it is not possible because of the MQB A0 platform. I didn't see any person who can code ESC Off/ESC Sport for MQB A0 car's(Ibiza KJ, Polo AW, etc.). Some people say it is possible with vcds but in my opinion it is not possible too with vcds. I'm interestid in too for a long time. I did it my friend's Golf but for my car, Ibıza KJ MK5, ı can't do anything about that.

STG03 > Byte 26 > Bit 2 active
STG03 > Byte 42 > Bit 5 active
This will activate Sport Mode.
Just play arround with these byte, but pay attention that they will mirror each other!

If I make this, will there be an extra option on the multimedia menu as "ESP Sport" with "ASR Off". Is there anybody tried this?

I'm using my friend's device, I borrow it. So, before I take it I just wanted to know how it will work. You could say just "Yes, it's like that" or "No, it's like...". Anyway, thanks for sharing

The coding from nirvananils works. Don’t be afraid when Front Assist turns off, that’s on all VAGs. |
