When i insert my cable it only powers when my screen is on, as soon as I turn the screen off it won't charge my phone
is there any coding to supply power when screen is off

I'm not sure if there is a way of defeating this via the "engineering menu" - I had a quick look, but I couldn't find anything. With me it is the other way around. Phone starts charging as soon as I insert cable even when MiB 2.5 is off.
Wonder if there is a way to code that out since I want an AA wireless for android auto. Don't want it to be powered in all the time even when contact is off.
