Hi I can't make it work

car mk7 golf r 2017
app version: 0.8.2.5
android os 6.0.1

1) install app
2) enter activation pro code
3) register on the site
4) pair the odb eleven on the phone
5) home then connect: error message "device not authorized"

any suggestions?

I sent and email FROM THE APP to their support with include an ID number in the email title. they told me to try again and it worked
