Can anyone tell me how to enable this setting permanently, under screen in the infotainment menu?

I have to select this EVERY time I start the car, which is very annoying.

I'd like to set this so the screen goes blank after 10 seconds, EXCEPT when the navigation screen is on. Obviously navigation needs to be displaying all the time, if you select that screen, but I want all other screens to go blank, unless I move my hand towards the screen and it displays again.

Can anyone tell me what settings I need to enable/change, to make this happen?

I have not seen that many Skoda regular users on this forum so no surprise you got no feedback.

Don't know the answer but if you take a history dump before you make the change and after the change hopefully you will see what changes were made and be able to code it - assuming its available to code.

I know on mine there are some vaules under Dimming_Illumination_for_Display_Unit: but no idea if this is what they are related to.
