Description of bug: the app force closes whenever I try to access long coding. the app may/may not recognize my car properly (in my garage it shows picture of eGolf instead of GTI)

Description of bug: Application fails to load (version 1.2.2)
1. Used TestFlight to load latest release. Application was installed on phone with no issues.
2. Opened application, signed in and tried to connect to OBD device;
3. App indicated that firmware update required and tried to install - lasted about 5 seconds, then tried to connect to OBD device, which then tried to do firmware update again. This cycle - firmware update/connect/firmware update - went on about 7 times when I closed the app.
iOS software version: 13.5.1

Description of bug: the app may/may not recognize my car properly (in my garage it shows picture of Audi A3, but my car is an s3); when I choose audi s3 saloon, the car seems to only be seen as A3 and won't let me apply any of my credits to activate.

heliconkuan if you have an S3 then (regardless of the picture) when you look at the car main screen it should say S3 in the description of the car (I have two S3 and two A3 in my carage and both have different description), If its been set up as an A3 then it will say A3. If the car is shown as A3 Then you need to contact support directly through the app help function as you cant change this aspect of the car setup in the app (well in android anyway) and it would explain why stuff does not work.

You will be able to change the modification of your vehicle in then ear future for your self too on iOS. |
