Hi everyone, I have a problem with the lock / unlock function, in unlocking I have no problems as 2 beeps sound, but in closing lock does not sound. I have already looked in the parameters and everything is fine. Any information or something to check?

I think there’s a switch in adaptions for each lock and unlock, both enabled?

I think there’s a switch in adaptions for each lock and unlock, both enabled? I don't understand why 2 beeps sound correct in opening but in closing it stopped making 1 beep, I checked but I don't understand the reason.

Have you tried resetting the radio?

As VWJAP suggested, Double check Central electrics -Adaption -- Acknowledgement signals --- Akustische Rueckmeldung verriegeln = activated for locking beep/chirp --- Akustische Rueckmeldung entriegeln = activated for unlocking beep/chirp --- Quittierton bei zweitem ZV-ZU-Befehl = are set to not active for single press lock beep/chrip --- Quittierton bei zweitem ZV-AUF-Befehl = are set to not active for single press unlock beep/chirp
if you activate ZV-ZU & ZV-AUF you will need to double press lock/unlock on the key fob to get the confirmation beep/chirp. if your car has factory alarm I would suggest leaving it at not active since most cars with factory alarm disables the alarm/deadlock when you double press lock.

I had a similar problem with a 2000 Passat. The Front Passenger Door lock would sometimes not lock or if it did the single flash/beep would not work. Other forums indicated a problem with the soldering in the locking module in the door. I removed the lock, re-soldered all the joints and everything worked. Don't which joint it was but suspect it to be one of the micro switches. try these videos

It's not a big problem but I wanted to know if you have ever read on the forums or seen such errors on YouTube. Greetings Christian

A few people get it because the doors haven’t been reported as closed properly
