Is it possible to disable the electronic dampers . I have just purchased a set of coilovers and require them disabling seat leon cupra 280 2015

As far as I am aware you cant code them off you need to fit a canceling kit and the only one I have seen (not an expert as I fitted kit that works with the DCC) is made by KW.

Might look into making a resistor pack to imitate the shocker £300 sounds expensive to me or maybe get some old shockers and make something out of them

The bit I do not understand is (and this is my presumption) when you replace them the system stays in the mode you were in when you changed the setup. The only thing these expensive bits of kit do is turn off the error messages you will get.
If you dont care about the errors it sounds like you just ignore them and enjoy the car.
