Are you talking charging or CarPlay?
If CarPlay was it factory fitted or retro fitted?

I have USB car-play well test on other radio but my radio still the same problem

yes i replace the radio i have the same problem of USB it just doesn't work it charge the GSM

Did you change anything with vcds/obdeleven before it stopped working yes/no
If you activated CarPlay YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE USB PORT
Original radio
USB only charges
New radio
USB only charges
We need more than just it wasn’t working with old radio and still not working with New radio,

Yes the car-play activate and USB also for car-play I have nothing to change with vcds but I do not know where the problem

jingo: huh? - "no help here" is a tad harsh. From what I read, vwjap has been trying to help you - but your responses are either non existent, or they are very pithy with not much information!! Anyhow - for what it's worth and because yiu keep showing VCDS screens, check the long-code string on you hex5F module -  But for you to successfully enable PR-U12/14 - you need to have the extended form of the USB connector physically installed on the MIB.
If you want further help, post on the Ross-Tech forum and I will respond on that forum
