Tiguan 2.0 DSG Petrol R Line Tech MY2019 build WK45
When engine is running idle and I open driver door I get message in AID 'Caution Engine Running and beeping noise.
Anyone else experience this and know how to deactivate?

Try this one.
Disable ‘Ignition On’ Alarm
This disabled the ignition on alarm which is activated when the drivers door is opened.
Module 17
Adaptation
Search ‘Ignition’
Select “Ignition Active Message, Actuator”
Set to ‘No Display’

I resume this discussion to ask if anyone knows how to disable this annoying sound, on a MY20, since it does not work with the app, and not even with the directions above.
Has anyone been able to find the code for the MY20?

Quattru's post usually works on most pre-2020 Tiguan. Unfortunately MY2020+ variants have this "feature" hard-coded. Aka No way to disable with simple coding
