Has anyone been able to code Hill Hold Control? I have heard different codings, but I don't which is the right one.

I'm also trying to find some solution on activating hill hold. On Kamiq thread is something happening but there is still no code for enabling it. :/

On the German Skodaforum the following code is provided:
Byte 47 Bit 6 aktiv Byte 51 Bit 1 aktiv
However, when I try to do the coding, it gives an error message (function not available). It seems that I cannot change anything in the ABS module. Maybe it is related to the security code? I have tried 20103 and 40168. Does anybody know the right code or is obdeleven not supported to do long coding in the ABS module?

Update: I think the error message was phone related. I have used another device and it worked!! Hill hold control is activated.

Hill hold can work with manual handbrake. Octavia has it, and i had it in my old car with manual handbrake. So now we know for shure that you can enable it? I was searching for a solution since i bought my Scala. Is there any difference in ABS module. On Kamikq forum some said that there are two models of ABS. Edit: peta2020 was also searching a solution for enabling hill hold on Kamiq

Yes, it is enabled for sure and it works great!
Below you can find the specs of my ABS module. Hardware number of ABS unit: 2Q0614517N Software number of ABS unit: 2Q0614517AP
Hill hold assist Module 03 Long coding Activate byte 47 - Bit 6 (was 0B, now 4B) Activate byte 51 - Bit 1 (was D0, now D2)
Hopefully this will also work for you.

Yes, that is right. It holds the brakes for appr. 2 seconds when the car is stopped on a hill. It makes it easier to drive off.

I just found out informations about my ABS module on my Scala Hardware number: 2Q0614517N Software number: 2Q0614517AG Software number doesnt match with yours so probably it won’t work on my Scala. :// Edit: Here is my long coding: 81108C64394181B531049C1B24E262A64962AD26224A245844541254452446659246B5644452241A222A482AA249D60F7D926BF0BE

I copied my long coding (prior to the HHC coding) from another post on this forum below:

In bold I have indicated the bits that I have changed, according to the coding above. Can you see if they are already activated? I saw that there was a difference in software version. That is probably why my long coding is longer (newer version).
I do not have ACC or a towbar. Maybe that can explain the different coding. Do you have one of these options?

I have Adaptive cruise control and i can see how abs module could be different because of this. I am looking now and those bytes are not active. Ill try to activate it to see what happens. Is it possible to make a backup so if i screw something i can go back?

I don't think that is possible with OBD11. From my experience, I have tried several long codings in module 03 before the coding stated above. That would always return in an error "function not available". So I think that if you are trying to do coding that won't work, it results in an error and won't let you do the coding.

I just tried to long code my abs module but i got error “31 function not avalible” - after i put bytes in default i got error message on my scala for tpms sensors but after turning off and on the car it went away
Any suggestions?
Edit: Tried your suggestion for changing different device for obdeleven app and it worked!!!
Thank you so much jesse93 and also thanks to hobo2b from Skoda community DE!

Do you have one of these options? hello jesse i dont know if you stil have scala but could you tell me whether it was quipped with side assist? in kamiq forum you mentioned some of the specs of your car and your ABS coding is similar to mine with same HW and SW.i am retrofiting side assist and it seems i have to change coding in ABS module to make it work, thats the reason i am asking about this. could you please let me know more about the specs you had on your scala? For now i know u had 1.0 tsi 81kw, manual, no hill hold, no ACC, no towbar. how about lane assist, side assist, front assist...
