Hi,

I have an audi A4 avant with the latest MMI. I can watch movies when car is not moving. How can I enable VIM on this MMI? MMI has version 3248.

The obdeleven app says that it is not supported once i want to try to enable.

My understanding is that this is security that VAG have introduced to stop people doing this (and there may be more of this sort of stuff on the way) hence the the app saying if you software version is above 1000 it dont work.

Again in my limited understanding this is stuff that needs to be sorted in the mib software and OBD11/VCDS as far as i am aware cant make changes to that.

But very happy to be proved wrong.

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
