So i bought it from the retailer from my country Romania in 4 march 2020 and everything worked fine Today when i wanted to modify a code in my car i got an error telling me i need to purchase PRO version. It doesn't make sense i had it for 2 months and now it's gone. I didn't change the phone, the account, didn't logout or delete the account. I still have my invoice with the pro code written on it. Yesterday on 4 may it was all working because i did code and i did output tests for different modules which is part of pro version, what happend...?

I received a response from the support chat inside the app I provided them the pro code i had on the invoice and which was used from the beginning on my account and received a message from the support team saying it is associated with some e-mail i dont own. Could a hacker steal my pro version or something like that? I never changed anything with my account nor pressed on delete and type delete in the app.
UPDATE The retailer i bought it from helped me solve this weird problem.
