Hi,
i retrofitted led tail light on my mk7, i did some adaptations on Central Electrics and then I have a Fault: Lighting system that I cannot remove.
Is there a way I could reset the central electrics adaptations? Or does anyone have the original adaptation for these led lights? Thanks

Hi adrianvw
I had installed the full led euro taillight, the one from golf R mk7 not mk7.5
it only shows as Fault: Lighting Error. However, whenever I scan the error using OBD eleven, as it reaches 09 central electrics, the fault would be gone and it will show up again once it scans past 09 central electrics, so I couldn’t get any error codes. Is there a way that I could reset the adaptations as how it is on the factory settings? Thanks

I have tried this settings and it still doesn’t help. It stops showing up the fault for a while then it shows back up again afterwards. Is it possible to reset the bcm from obdeleven? Or is it better to ask the dealership to do it?
