Hello together,
i disabled my StartStop System of my Polo 6C GTI by increasing the "Startspannungsgrenze" to 12.1 Volts, this worked fine for months. To bring my car in legal conditions again, i bought a StartStop Modul by k-electronic, that brings the possibility to fix the status of the StartStop after turn off the engine. Before that i tried to reenable the start StoppStop by decreasing the Voltage to 7.6 Volts again. But the System does not work again... i get a Error message in the car infotainment, that reads like this: "Betriebstemperatur nicht eingehalten (operating temperature not adhered)". The airtemperature was 23⁰ C, the oiltemperature 100⁰ C
For the sake of completness, i changed 3 months before the car batterie to a Varta AGM modell. I adjusted the Batterie with OBD11, but its not an original VW BEM Batterie.
Is there any idea, where is the fault? Are there any other parameters to adjust with Obd11?
I get no hints in any german forum, and i have the hope here is anybody who knows what i mean.
Sorry for my bad english...
Thanks in advance.

All I can suggest if checking your history to make sure you are resetting to the original settings and nothing else has been changed that could impact it.

Nobody here wirh an idea? I merely reversed procedure on my Polo GTI 6c using the following: Turn off Start / Stop Function Select Gateway (19) Adaptations Start / Stop outside temperature preset minimum temperature Value> +50 (default -50) Start / Stop outside temperature preset maximum temperature Value> +50 (default -50) OR Start / Stop Start voltage limit Value: 12.0 (default: 8.0) I had only ever changed the voltages.

Here are default values for start/stop inside Gateway -> adaption from a "regular" Polo 6c. Does yours show the same value ? if they do could you upload your history so we can have a look if anything else might have had been changed. Attachments:

Just a mention that Polo 1.8 GTI 6c default voltage is actually 8.0 volts.

Had a quick look and saw nothing wrong, (will go through it with more detail on the weekend What is the outside temperature ? and also have you tried turning off the climatecontrol completly and does start/stop work then ?
Edit: Have you tried changing back the battery values to stock? if not try that aswell
19 Gateway -Adaption --Battery Adaption - ---Default value: 69 Ah ---Current value: 70 Ah - ---Default value: JCB ---Current value: VA0 - ---Default value: EFB ---Current value: Binär - AGM - ---Default value: 1111111111 ---Current value: 1111111112

Had a deeper look at your history, I am no car mechanic. but have you had the car looked up? I was seeing some errors about Cylinder missfire & Temperature sensor error. the temperature sensor and battery sensor I would say is important for when start/stop engages. Having a possible faulty temperature sensor might affect the start/stop. I would suggest checking coolant level under the hood and also inside obdeleven read "live data" from 01 Engine Module (engine oil temperature, coolant temperature) What is the highest temperature while driving "normally" other than that I didnt see anything wrong besides the constant "B110311 - Digitalradio-Antenne 1 Kurzschluss nach Masse" (Digital radio antenna 1 short circuit to ground)

Hi ViĆ,
thanks for your hint.
I made a few days before a BEDI-Cleaning of the intakesystem. For that its necessary to disconnect the temperature sensor and run the engine. The shown issues are caused by that cleaning. After that I cleared the errors with OBDeleven.
The Start Stopp problem is much older...
coolant an oil temperature is ok, i had this already in mind. The average oiltemperature is about 100 °C, the maximum at 250 km/h is 117°C
Im not sure what part of the car ist ment by "Betriebstemperatur nicht eingehalten"... Engine temperature, Outside temperature or Battery temperature?

I have never seen that error before, and I am just guessing. if you havent already checked the outside/interior temperature and battery temperature.
AC 08 - Live data -- outside air temperature -- interior temperature --- Gateway 19 - Live data -- Temperature of battery sensor -- Battery temperature
Hopefully someone else with the knowledge to this exact error can help you with a solution.

Short Feedback... my car gets last year a software tuning. As part of this S/S has been deactivated... this is the reason for this problem...
