I change my fog lights to led and I’m getting the error. How can I decode this error. Pleas help. I feel I wasted money in buying obd11 pro

You cannot decode them, you need to put resistors in line to stop this error.

It depends on the model of your car and the options available to you in adaptations. You need to identify the lamp and see the options available to change the type of lamp.
Module 9
Leuchte12NL
Lasttyp 12
This will give you a number of lamp type options.
Try them one by one until you get the right one.
For the other side you need
Leuchte 13
etc
