Nope. It says no with red banner. I beleive it does not know that i have the keyless entry. Watk can i do?

I first did it with Android and it didn’t work but next in used my iphone and succes. The only thing who didn’t work was “needle sweep”. All other apps worked fine.

Hi all. I set progrm for keyless entry to automatically lock when exiting the car. Everything works fine when the car is turned off. And today an extremely unpleasant incident happened to me. With the engine running, I got out of the car and it locked. And it was no longer unlocked back. The key fob in my pocket also failed to unlock the car. And so, the car is running, my phone is inside, but I can’t get in. I had to pick the lock and unlock it with a physical key. Is it possible to somehow reflash it so that it doesn’t get blocked when the engine is running?
Current settings:
Lock/Unlock acoustic confirmation: OFF
Third Brake Light with Lock/Unlock: ON
Auto Lock upon Exit: ON
Central lock with IGN: OFF
