So I just recieved my OBD11 and read it in to my 2019 VW Tiguan, I bought this so I could change the way the throttle pedal reacts. To my surprise, it does not come in the list of apps. Bummed to say the least. I am using an iOS device, is it on android? Or is it in development? Please help.

Need to use Android to do most things. The fruity thing will basically only let you read fault codes

Direct Acceleration - Throttle response
1. Select Control unit 44 (Steering Assistance)
2. Adaptation
3. Driving profile switchover
New value : Direct, controlled over threshold value
Old value : Incremental, controlled over time

is mandatory a code. I tried 3 times a wrong one and now i am not able to modify anymore. can i reset it?
by the way, code looks to be 19249.

The 44 mod just switches the driving profile in unison and is a placebo affect with throttle response. See video:
Myself and others before the 24GB recall applied the “Audi” mod that Golf owners have done to our Tiguans and there is definite improvement to throttle response. You can find that mod info in my mod doc.
